Employee Record Management System project is divided into two modules :

  • User Module
  • Admin Module

User Module

  • Users can register themselves.
  • User login
  • User password recovery.
  • The user can add/edit their work experience details
  • The user can add/edit their education details.
  • The user can edit their profile.
  • The user can update their password.
  • Logout

Admin Module

  • Admin Login
  • Admin can manage all employee records.
  • Admin can update/edit a user’s personal details/ work exp. Details / Education.
  • Admin can update their own profile
  • Change password
  • Logout

How to run this project

  1. Download the zip file
  2. Extract the file and copy the erms folder
  3. Paste inside the root directory (for XAMPP/htdocs, for WAMP/WWW, for LAMP var/WWW/HTML)
  4. Open PHPMyAdmin (http://localhost/phpmyadmin)
  5. Create a database with the name ermsdb
  6. Import the ermsdb.sql file (given inside the zip package in the SQL file folder)
  7. Run the script http://localhost/erms (frontend)

Credential for the user panel :
username: [email protected]
Password: Test @123

Credential for the admin panel :
username: admin
Password: Test @123
